GREAT ARTISTâ£ï¸ Was able to take pictures and ideas and use his creativity to come up with awesome, impressive design that I love and have gotten 100’s of complements on. Joe has done 2 tattoos for me, both out of the box designs, that he hit out of the park! He is very professional but works quickly and diligently to get the piece done with as little fuss as possible. I would recommend for anyone from first tattoo to seasoned vet, monotone to full color.
